Research Assistant

Job Description

1. Molecular cloning, virus packaging, mouse breeding, disease model generation, and phenotypic analysis for related research projects.

2. Assisting with the management of reagents and consumables, and maintaining the daily operation of the laboratory.

Requirements

1. Biology-related majors. Associate degree or above.

2. Basic skills in mouse experiments, including but not limited to: establishment of tumor xenograft models, intraperitoneal injection, perfusion and tissue harvesting, and sectioning.

3. Preference will be given to candidates with the following relevant experimental skills: background in immunology, background in hematological tumor research, and familiarity with flow cytometry.

4. Diligent and meticulous work attitude, strong hands on ability, and active participation in team research.

5. Interest in scientific research and a commitment to work for at least one year.

6. Language requirements: CET-4 or equivalent level or above.
