Research Assistant

Job Description

1. Molecular cloning, virus packaging, mouse breeding, disease model generation, and phenotypic analysis for related research projects.

2. Assisting with the management of reagents and consumables, and maintaining the daily operation of the laboratory.

Requirements

1. Biology-related majors. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Proficient in molecular cloning techniques: two-step/three-step PCR, restriction digestion and ligation / Gibson assembly, chemical transformation, and colony PCR.

3. RNA extraction, reverse transcription, and real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR).

4. Cell culture: HEK293T and other adherent tumor cell lines, as well as suspension cell lines. Experienced in transient transfection, lentivirus packaging, and generation of stable cell lines.

5. Basic animal experiment skills: tissue and organ harvesting, tail vein injection, intraperitoneal injection, blood collection, and perfusion in mice.

6. Preferred qualifications: Background in immunology, familiarity with flow cytometry, and experience in virus packaging and purification.

7. Language requirements: CET-4 or equivalent level or above.
