About the Lab

Cell surface receptors mediate the intracellular transduction of extracellular signals, thereby participating in and regulating the majority of cellular and physiological processes in the human body. Coupled with their unique structural features, cell surface receptors also represent the most important class of drug targets in humans. Currently, our research is focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms of membrane receptors implicated in psychiatric disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer. Position: Postdoctoral Fellow

We integrate multidisciplinary approaches from structural biology, biophysics, molecular pharmacology, and computational chemistry to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying cell surface receptor-mediated signaling, and to discover and develop small-molecule ligands or therapeutic antibodies with clinical potential based on these mechanistic insights. We warmly welcome researchers with relevant backgrounds and research interests to join our team. The laboratory is fully committed to supporting the career development of postdoctoral fellows and other scientists, including facilitating independent research projects, assisting in grant applications, and providing strategic guidance for future career planning.
