2026 Beijing Brain Conference Online Registration Now Open | Call for Posters and Short Talks

The Chinese Institute for Brain Research, Beijing (CIBR) and Nature Portfolio are pleased to announce that the 2026 Beijing Brain Conference will be held from August 14 to 16, 2026, in Changping, Beijing.


Under the theme From Molecules to Circuits: Toward Interventions for Brain Disorders, this year’s conference will focus on multi-scale mechanistic insights and translational research across the following cutting-edge areas:

· Neurodevelopmental Disorders: From Genetics to Mechanisms

· Neural Mechanisms of Psychiatric Disorders

· Neurodegeneration and Brain Aging

· Neural Injury and System Dysfunction

· Brain-Computer Interfaces and Neuroengineering

· Therapeutic Strategies in Brain Medicine

2. Call for Abstracts: Poster Session & Short Talks

To promote academic exchange and showcase the achievements of early-career researchers, the conference will host a Poster Session and is now accepting abstracts from researchers worldwide. Selected outstanding submissions will be presented as posters. A number of authors will also be invited to deliver Short Talks in parallel sessions, providing valuable opportunities to engage with leading international scientists. Researchers in related fields are warmly invited to submit abstracts.


Submission Requirements

1. Abstracts must be submitted in English and include a title, author name(s), affiliation(s), email address, and main text

2. Please submit your abstract via the Poster Session section of the conference registration mini-program, or through the online portal: https://www.hyterp.cn/website/2819/index.html

3. Submission Deadline: June 30, 2026, 17:00 (Beijing Time)

4. The organizing committee will select outstanding abstracts for Short Talks. Other accepted submissions will be presented as posters. Results and further instructions will be sent by email.
