Position：Research Assistant

Application requirements

1. Biology-related disciplines, bachelor’s degree or above. Language requirements: CET-4 or equivalent level or above;

2. Proficient in plasmid extraction, Western blot, qPCR, and other related experiments;

3. Familiar with sequencing library construction;

4. Proficient in mouse experiments: breeding, genotyping, perfusion, tissue collection, etc.;

5. Proficient in cell culture; experience with stem cell culture or brain organoids is preferred;

6. Detail-oriented and reliable; candidates able to make a long-term, stable commitment are preferred.

(Proficiency in either mouse experiments or cell experiments is sufficient to apply.)

Job Responsibilities/ Job Description

1. Molecular biology experiments, cell biology experiments, animal experiments, and organoid culture;

2. Assist in managing related reagents and consumables and maintaining the daily operation of the laboratory.
