Position：Technician

Job Responsibilities/ Job Description

1. Mouse experiments: perfusion, dissection (especially of the brain), tissue nucleic acid extraction, immunofluorescence imaging, and confocal microscopy;

2. Molecular and cell biology experiments: Western blot, cell culture, PCR\qPCR, cloning,etc.

3. Assist in the daily operation of the lab.

Application requirements

1. Bachelor or master's degree in biology or a related discipline;

2. Experience in mouse experiments, including but not limit to perfusion, dissection (especially of the brain), tissue nucletic acid extraction, immunofluorescence imaging, and confocal microscopy; or extensive experience in Western blot, cell culture, and basic molecular biology experiments ( PCR，qPCR，cloning); experience in AAV library packaging is preferred;

3. Careful and meticulous at work, with strong hands-on skills and good learning ability;

4. A commitment to at least 1 year of stable work.
